The Four biggest Factors for Growing your Solobusiness Exponentially NOW
How quickly do you want your business to grow? Are you happy with incremental progress? Or are you wanting the big shifts that add 50 – 100% to your income within 12months?
Quite frankly, I am one of these people that always goes for the biggest goals (I am patient with clients and with animals but impatient with my own progress) so incremental growth doesn’t work for me. 2009 has been a huge year of growth for me and my business and I want to DOUBLE that next year.
On top of that, I want to reduce my working hours radically. Doing both at the same time will require a significant shift in the way I work.
Having ambitious goals like this is the best way to go, because this means you have to make 4 big conscious shifts in the way you think and act. These are the three keys to anyone’s next level of growth:
1. Get out there in a bigger way
The question I ask myself is not: where will my next client come from? It is: How can I get my message out in front of as many Ideal potential clients as possible? That changes the way I network and where I focus my time and effort. I already know I can create lots of value for my clients, I know how to show them that I do, now it’s just a matter of getting more exposure. There is no room here for playing small. Thinking bigger is not always comfortable, like everyone else I have a comfort zone and need to stretch myself out of it to get to the next level.
2. Delegate, Systemise and Let go of micro-control
In order to have more time for No 1, I need to let go of more tasks and free up my time. It is really essential to step more and more into the CEO mentality. In order to do that you need to know how and what to delegate and how to stay in control of your business while you do that. So again there’s a shift of focus towards a high quality team and good systems. Knowing what those systems are saves a lot of time, which is why I am investing in getting that knowledge as quickly as possible.
3. Have a much longer planning horizon
The more financial success and the more free time you want, the longer your planning horizon has to be (especially if you want both of these things at the same time). So its really important to plan out all offers, marketing campaigns and list building activities at least 12-18 months if not more in advance. Otherwise you risk being overwhelmed, miss key deadlines and achieve less than you want in regards to your sales results. Planning takes discipline and skill as you are making educated future predictions of your likely performance.
4. Expand your Money Mindset
One of the biggest things that hold Solopreneurs back from making more money is their fear of raising their fees. It takes courage and skill to charge what you are worth and get it. No matter what level you are working at, expanding your money comfort zone is a continuous process so you are ready to receive more.
I always hire a mentor to assist me in taking things to the next level because I know I can get there faster because of it.
If you are ready to go for exponential growth, want the shortcuts to make it happen and the confidence that comes from knowing you are walking on a path that has proven to be successful then my Massive Momentum with Lifestyle Platinum Mentoring Program may be for you.
